  • I cannot login to my account

    If you are having trouble logging in, please check your email address and password and try again. If you still cannot login, try resetting your password. If it does not help, please contact us.

  • How can we manage resources that usually recover within 1-2 minutes and avoid receiving notifications when they are recovered?

    To manage resources that typically recover within 1-2 minutes and avoid receiving notifications upon recovery, you can utilize the "Grace period" feature available in the "Advanced settings" section for each resource. By setting a specific grace period, our system will wait for the resource to recover within that adjusted time frame before triggering any notifications. This allows you to avoid unnecessary notifications for resources that quickly bounce back after a temporary downtime.

  • Pinghome notified us that my website is down. From our side it is working but because of some issues it responds too slower than usual. What is the reason?

    Pinghome is monitoring your website and if your website responds slower than 30 seconds, we detect it as a timeout and we notify you. You can check your website status in Pinghome dashboard.

  • What user agents does Pinghome use to check my website?

    We use our own user agents, most common one is Pinghome/1.0.0

  • How can I whitelist Pinghome bot?

    For allowing us to check your resources please navigate to your firewall rules and add Pinghome/1.0.0 as a user agent. If you would like to specify a custom user agent (example: Pinghome/1.0.0 Bot (some unique text)) for your resources, please contact us.

  • From which IP addresses are you checking the URLs?

    We strongly recommend configuring your firewall to allow our User-Agent, as our IP addresses may change periodically.

    But, you can also refer to the list of our IP addresses, which is available at https://www.pinghome.io/ips.txt.

  • I do not want to get notified about my website status. What can I do?

    You are getting notifications about your website status by default.
    You can pause them in your resources page or simply delete all your resources. If you still get notifications, please contact us.

  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete an account, you can use the customer settings menu from the console.
